Payment:

Payment terms are strictly on receipt of proof. Please ensure payment is made promptly on receipt of invoice. New accounts will be opened within 48 hours subject to our normal credit control procedures. First order invoice must be paid promptly to agreed terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to add interest/late payment charges on overdue accounts. Our payment terms are set in place to work with our average two month production schedules on free publications. Please understand these terms and make sure payment is received as specified. 

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel a booking this must be done in writing for the attention of accounts, within 10 working days of your booking. Please send cancellations via recorded confirmation for proof of sending if required. Cancellations are not accepted with deadline bookings. Cancellations over 10 days are not accepted.

Artwork:

If artwork does not arrive by our copy deadline you will still be liable to pay for the space you have purchased. During your booking, our team will specify the date you should submit artwork and the address to which artwork should be sent. We will however also email reminders for artwork. Please ensure artwork is suitably packaged, we cannot accept responsibly for damaged or lost artwork in transit or our possession. We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement we may feel contains unsuitable material. if using our free design service text/images must be emailed to us within five to seven days of booking. Failure to do so will result in your booked space remaining payable.

Proofs:

Please check proofs carefully and inform us of any amendments immediately. Failure to do so will result in your advert appearing as shown on the proof. We issue proofs via email. If your proof has not arrived in your inbox 1 week prior to publication, please contact us as a matter of urgency so that we can re-send it for you. Free design:  If you take advantage of our free artwork design, please ensure full copy instructions are given. If you change your mind and require alterations a charge of £25 will be issued for a re-design. 

Proofs are sent by email. If we do not receive any changes your advert will appear as shown.  

Distribution:

We aim to publish our magazines on time every time, however we do reserve the right to change publication dates and circulation or distribution without notice. This is to cover us for delays or changes which may be out of our control. 

All advertisements booked into a publication which undergoes publication schedule changes remain payable under all circumstances.
