What are you currently up to work wise?
I am writing a series of girl’s guides on how to have an organised and aspirational life. It’s for the multi-tasking girl! There is also the possibility of me designing a maternity line for a company called Crave. I am also starting an organisation called Mothers4Children. We will aim to help underprivileged and orphaned children in developing countries.
What kind of childhood did you have?
It was a happy childhood. My dad was quite strict and my mum was very loving and encouraging.
How do you cope being a celeb mum?
Even though I am lucky enough to have help, I am very hands on. Having the children so close together is quite a handful. Their routines are different so it’s pretty full-on all day long.
What is the best thing about motherhood?
The unconditional love!
Do you make new years resolutions?
I make them all year long. It’s always a real effort to complete them all, even more so now that I have children.
Have you got any plans for Valentines Day?
It tends to fall during half term. My husband goes skiing with his kids from his previous marriage. I don’t really enjoy skiing so I am happy to stay in London and catch up with my girlfriends.
What do you do to take time out and relax?
Sadly, I don’t ever take the time I should to relax – I never have time to! Occasional massages I guess and exotic holidays.
Have you got any tips for our readers on how to be a yummy mummy?
Keep active. Don’t let yourself go. Remember to give time to your partner, they often feel left out and neglected when there’s a new little arrival.
What are you most looking forward to this year?
The launch of my first book, a fabulous new maternity line and most importantly, continuous good health for me and my family!
